Top Ten Tuesdays: How are we preventing nuclear proliferation?

10) Um...

9) Yeah...

8) See, it’s complicated.

7) We invaded a country that didn’t have nukes to send a message to countries that did.

6) ...

5) Because we don’t negotiate with negotiators.

4) So now, we’re, um...

3) Trying to negotiate.

2) Because we don’t have any more, uh, troops to send...

1) Um...it’s all Clinton’s fault?

You know, if Bill Clinton hadn't had that affair with Monica Lewinsky, none of this would be happening right now.

This Top 10 is a masterpiece of minimalism.

It just KILLS me how they STILL blame Clinton for everything. And what gets me is...when the Lewinsky scandal was at its peak, Clinton's approval ratings were in the 60s, right? Don't they get it? That, while people liked to dig their teeth into all that gossipy crud, they pretty much still knew it was all just, well, gossip?

Bush hasn't climbed above 45% in, what? Years? Can't remember.

I was watching one of the cable shows the other night when they were talking about Foley and there were two Republican shills on. And the one young guy said...

It's all come out now. There's just one thing left to find out. What did the Democrats know and when did they know it?

I almost fell off my chair.

I may be crazy for thinking this, cuz God knows they probably have this next election so rigged that nothing we do is going to matter, but the GOP has lost their fastball.

Sorry for the rant and the lack of nuclear proliferation-related comments!!

This place is like 3B!, there are no rules for commenting.

I can't believe they're going to blame Clinton. Bush has been in office FIVE FUCKING YEARS! And he did even less than the previous administration to try to stop this.

Bush's twist on the question: Preventing how? Proliferating nuclear, we are.
