7) Inefficient enemy is only wounding tens of thousands

6) Iraqi women being relieved of burden of first-class citizenship

5) Predictable repeats of state-sponsored terror have been replaced with fresh episodes of violent anarchy

4) Lack of employment plus lack of production means the economic situation in Iraq has remained stable

3) Halliburton stock is up--way up!

2) Entire country still completely clear of WMD
